This year's conferences are the award -winning and dynamic Berit Svendsen, who will solve us through the day with insight and energy. Berit has been a key player in technology and leadership, and her perspectives give an extra dimension to the discussions.

Berit is a special advisor within strategy, Digitization and cybersecurity in Advansia.
She started as a researcher in the Televerket's Research Institute in the 80s and work 30 years in Telenor. She had a number of roles in the group, including as head of Telenor Norway and from March 2017 for September 2018 was she in charge of all Telenor's business in Scandinavia. Berit is engaged in several areas of Norwegian business through board positions, Among other things as chairman of Vy and board member of NTE. She was named Chairman of the Year in 2023.
She is of the heart a tech enthusiast and curious about innovation and development. I 2016 Berit was named one of Europe's fifty most inspiring women in the technology world of inspiration Fifty, And in 2017 and 2018 was she named the most powerful woman in Norwegian business of capital. Berit has also been the leader of international efforts in VIPPS and has been the Adjunct Executive in Residence at BI at the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship. I i 2019/2020 she led the Svendsen Committee for the Minister of Defense to assess changed competence needs in the Armed Forces based on a changed threat image.
