Eskil Grendahl Sivertsen is a special advisor associated with the C-Spi project (Cyber-Social Propaganda & Influence) As he was involved in establishing in 2019. Here he has specialized in cognitive warfare and influence operations as part of compound threats, including actors, Methods, risks and resilience.

Eskil has a bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh and a Master's degree in Strategic Communications from Ithaca College and Cornell University in New York. In addition, he has the Armed Forces' command school and military courses in, among other things, information operations (InfoOps) and psychological operations (PSYOPS).

He has been working with strategic communication since 2004 both civilian and military, including in technology- and the communications industry, such as press- and information officer and as communications advisor for six defense- and foreign ministers. He also has sharp experience as a psyops officer from international operations. From the crisis staff in the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he has experience with cross -sectoral crisis management and collaboration exercises. Eskil has several roles in the defense sector, Among other things in the Home Guard and as a supervisor in Infoops and Psyops at the Defense College. He is a frequently used speaker, guest lecturer and commentator in the media.
